This great single side Key Real Estate Services Office sign is in overall good vintage condition, with some expected wear commensurate to age and use. Sign comes from a private collection, and is a wonderful estate find. It has typical scrapes, scratches,and surface wear that do not detract from how well this sign displays. It appears that the design was made with decals, rather than painted on. Decals show wear (see pictures).
